This convenient product would make your indoor life safe and comfortable, but also can be an interior objet.
님부스는 전염병으로부터 안전한 장소를 원하는 고객을 위한 소독용 스팀 청소기입니다.
이 편리한 제품은 실내 생활을 안전하고 편안하게 해줄 뿐만 아니라 인테리어 오브제가 될 수 있을 것입니다.

Omni-layerd home
Now we're used to reducing contact and wearing masks. Public places have begun to be banned or disinfected. Also, companies and schools are encouraging teleworking and online class. So, our lifestyle has dramatically changed. Now customers want to make efficient, safe and productive use of their home space.
오늘날 우리는 만남을 줄이고, 마스크를 쓰는 것이 익숙해졌습니다. 공공장소는 출입이 금지되거나 방역되기 시작했고, 
기업과 학교들은 재택근무와 온라인 수업을 장려하게 되면서 라이프스타일은 극적으로 변화했습니다. 
이제 소비자들은 집 안 공간의 효율적이고 안전하며, 생산적인 활용을 원합니다.

By the way, the anxiety still remains. Despite people who try to stay at home have increased, it is difficult to prevent and predict infection between family due to virus invasion from unknown routes.(such as after going out, guest visiting and so on)
그렇지만, 불안은 여전합니다. 집에서 머무르려는 사람이 늘어났음에도 불구하고 외출 후, 손님 방문 등의 알 수 없는 경로로 침입한 바이러스를 예측하고 예방하는 것은 어렵습니다.

To solve this problem, Nimbus suggests disinfecting the house, just like in public places.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 님부스는 공공장소에서 하는 것과 마찬가지로 집을 소독할 것을 제안합니다.


How to Prevent a Future Pandemic?
There were many pandemics throughout history. The time of onset and the pathogen that will cause the next pandemic are unpredictable. But someday it will appear. So in the future, people should adequately control the spread of an infection while minimizing societal and economic disruption. Nimbus can helps to prepare for the upcoming risks and to expand the concept of 'home cleaning'.
인류 역사를 통틀어 많은 팬데믹이 있어 왔습니다. 우리는 다음 팬데믹의 병원체와 발병 시기를 예측할 수는 없지만, 또 다른 전염병은 다시 나타날 것입니다. 그래서 미래에는 사회적, 경제적 혼란을 최소화하면서 감염 확산을 적절하게 통제할 방법을 찾아야 합니다. 님부스는 '집 청소'의 개념을 확장시키고 다가올 위험에 대비할 수 있도록 도울 것입니다.

We found design elements from ornament and rain cloud.
님부스는 기하학적인 형태의 오브제 캔들에서 영감을 받은 제품입니다.
장식품과 먹구름에서 메타포를 찾았습니다.

When designed Nimbus, We focused on 'harmonious' with interior.
And we can check not only user experience such as volume and feel of grip, but interior harmony.
님부스를 디자인할 때, 공간과의 '어울림'에 중점을 두었습니다.
부피감과 그립감과 같은 전반적인 사용 경험과 실내 환경과의 조화를 확인할 수 있었습니다.

When mechanical elements are disappeared into the case, the product looks more like an ornament.

Making process

The mockup had been made through resin SLA printing, a few polishing process, painting, decal printing and matt finishing.
레진 소재의 SLA 프린팅 후 몇 가지 후가공, 페인팅, 데칼 적용과 피니싱으로 완성되었습니다.
